Business Opportunity Available

When house values go down, commissions follow. Unfortunately, board dues and broker fees do not follow. We pay more and get less. As an independent broker, I have not felt the impact as much as the larger brokerages have. Business is down no doubt about it. That's why you have to minimize what you pay out to help offset the lower commissions. At Home Realty Team you can do that.

I have decided to open the business up to those who are looking for ways to save. I am offering opportunities to those who would like to be independents and work on their own and still have access to the MLS and belong to the board. You will be able to work out of your home and at your pace.

Agent's Fees

Broker Fee - $8000 annually per license with a 70/30 split.
You can reduce this to $6000 if paid in full at time of contract and renewal.

Transaction fee - $295 per transaction

Monthly board dues and annual fees are your responsibilty

Advertising of your listings or promotional information about you is done by you.
You may put your phone number on all advertisements so you receive all the calls and leads.
You may order signs with your phone number too.

E&O Insurance will be provided at a fee to be determined based on cost of policy.
Home Realty Team is an LLC and I recommend you make yourself an LLC to protect you and your personal property.
