Home Realty Team is an independent run business. I started the business in 2002 along with two partners and close friends. It was a lot of work and a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the downturn in the housing business caused one partner to retire and the other partner to move out of state. At first I was disappointed and didn't know what I wanted to do. Do I close the business? Do I join a larger office? I found that I liked being an independent. I work when I want, whith whom I want, and where I want. Referrals, past customers, friends and family have been a huge help.

I would like to reach out to those agents that would like to be independent. If you want to be on your own, then you should look into Home Realty Team.
